* Edit on Valentine 2016:
When I was younger, the idea of making art is just simply creating something "beautiful". Something catches your attention, makes you want to admire its colors and shapes; something looks "good" enough. As I grow up and see the world from other perspectives, I learn that a piece of art can go beyond what the eyes can perceive and the mind can describe. A poem must then does more than rhyme, just like a painting must be more than "pleasant for the eyes". And so, there came my hiatus, because I need to see the world and learn its Language, the kind that talks to your soul, guides and integrates you into your own little universe.
Thus "Everything in life is metaphor", I believe so. That is why on the 22nd Valentine in my life, I sit down and take a look at a piece finished 5 years ago. What I can say about these years is that I was in love, a lot of love that if I shape it into little hearts and hang them up, it will be just like what you see in this piece. Throw at me all the hate and ignorance, or all the heartbreaks that haunt and hurt, whatever, I know love is still all around, gathering and embracing once I call out for it. This piece of paperwork reminds me of all the supports from family and friends through all those years. More on a little personal level, it reminds me of the loves that are not here anymore. They are no longer around, but it does not mean my heart will go on beating without them.
Thankfully, I grow in love as love grows in me.

Thank you for stopping by and have a nice Valentine :).

Quilling :). It's fun doing this, and tiring too :D

P.s: This is not completely my idea. I ran into the image of this beautiful little hearts gathering together and making a round shaped tree on the Internet.
